Privacy and access

This connector is operated by Dynamic Endpoints for Quickinbox. It accesses the mailbox connected by your API key and returns requested mail to your chosen assistant.

Your API key is encrypted in the authorization grant. Access tokens last one hour; refresh access expires after 30 days. The service does not log message bodies or API keys. Drafts and sent mail are stored in your Quickinbox account. Opaque draft identifiers and send-attempt timestamps are retained to prevent duplicate sending.

Disconnect the plugin to revoke its OAuth connection. Revoke the dedicated key in Quickinbox Settings to stop all use of that key immediately. Existing messages remain subject to your mailbox retention settings.

The assistant’s own data policies apply to the mail you request through it. Only connect an assistant you trust.
